Summary The effects of nodal explants collected at different plastochrones, use of various benzyladenine (BA) concentrations, sources of carbohydrates, and phases of the culture medium on shoot establishment and proliferation ofRosa hybrida L. andR. chinensis minima were evaluated. Higher numbers of shoots per explant were obtained fromR. hybrida cv. Carefree Beauty explants proximal to the apical meristem than those from distal nodes. However, proliferating shoots derived from plastochrones proximal to the apical meristem had a lower number of leaves/explant and were shorter than those derived from other distal plastochrones. Although shoot proliferation increased with higher BA concentration in the medium, a concentration of 4.4 μM BA was found optimum for axillary bud-break and shoot development forR. hybrida cvs. Adelaide Hoodless and Cuthert Grant. A higher shoot proliferation rate was observed forR. hybrida cv. Carefree Beauty explants grown on a medium containing 55.5 mM fructose than 58.4 mM sucrose. However, no differences were observed forR. hybrida cv. Cuthert Grant grown on a medium containing either fructose or sucrose. The mean number of shoots/explant was higher forR. chinensis minima cv. Red Sunblaze explants grown on a liquid (4.5) than on a solid medium (1.7) for the first reculture; while no significant differences between the two phases of the medium were observed for the second reculture. However, a higher mean number of shoots/explant was observed on solid-phase (4.0) than liquid-phase medium (3.4) for the third reculture. A higher mean number of leaves/shoot was obtained on a solidified medium rather than liquid medium in the first two consecutive recultures, while no differences were observed for the third reculture. Although a significant effect of BA concentration on mean number of shoots/explant was observed for Red Sunblaze nodal explants, the influence of BA concentration decreased in the two consecutive cultures for both phases of the medium. Hyperhydricity was observed on Red Sunblaze shoots grown on the liquid-phase medium.  相似文献

采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取南方红豆杉叶的精油,通过色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术分析了精油的化学成分。从中初步鉴定出26个化合物,占精油总量的96%,主要成分是:棕榈酸(35.66%),9-十六碳烯酸9-十六碳稀酯(11.28%),3-辛醇(4.47%),1-苯-1,2-丙二酮(4.3%),N-苯基-1-萘胺(3.57%),1,2-苯二羧酸(2-甲基丙基)二酯(3.57%),6,10-二甲基-5,9-十一双  相似文献

青海高原中华双腔吸虫,矛形双腔吸虫等四种双腔吸虫尾蚴经扫描电镜比较观察显示它们体表具有明显的差别。中华双腔吸虫尾蚴体部末部表皮呈具间隔的纵嵴,矛形双腔吸虫尾蚴在此部位呈如同玉米棒的玉米珠粒,未定名的“B”型和“D”型尾蚴,前者呈海棉状,后者介于矛形双腔和中华双腔的形态之间。这四种尾蚴的口吸盘、腹吸盘及体两侧表皮上,具有触毛及乳突的情况亦不相同。  相似文献

分别对河南省27个果园的中华猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis Planch.)品种‘金桃’果实的5项采收生理指标及果实软熟时的8项品质性状进行测定,采用主成分分析法对果实软熟时的品质指标进行综合评分,并对果实的采收生理指标、果实软熟品质指标及综合分值间进行相关性分析。结果显示,采收时的生理指标(干物质、色度角、硬度和可溶性固形物)均与果实软熟品质综合分值间呈极显著相关,其中干物质相关系数最高,为0.437。干物质与体现果实软熟品质的关键指标(可溶性固形物、总糖和糖酸比)均呈极显著性相关。研究结果表明‘金桃’果实采收时,干物质含量是果实软熟时品质的重要评价指标,而可溶性固形物和色度角是评判采收期的辅助指标。  相似文献

Trigonostemons G and H, two novel dimeric dinorditerpenoids, were isolated from the stem barks of Trigonostemon chinensis. Their planar structures and relative configurations were established by extensive analysis of spectroscopic data. Trigonostemons G and H possess a homodimeric biaryl skeleton obtained from two rearranged chiral nonracemic abietane-type dinorditerpenes through an axially chiral biaryl 11,11′-linkage. Torsional scan and computation of the transition states were carried out to estimate the rotational energy barrier, and the axial chirality (aS) was determined by time-dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations. The positive n-π* ECD transitions of the isolated carbonyl chromophore above 300 nm could be used to determine the central chirality of trigonostemon G independently by ECD calculations of the diastereomers.  相似文献

Four different ratios of river sand, ceramic pellets, vermiculite and perlite (1:1), and field soil were selected as the substrates in this experiment, and four gradient levels of root waterlogging, half waterlogging, full waterlogging and normal were set to investigate the effects of different gradients of waterlogging stress on the root morphology of Taxus chinensis var. mairei seedlings under different substrates. In this study, the root anatomical structure of Taxus chinensis var. mairei under different waterlogging stress was observed by the paraffin section method. The roots of T. chinensis var. mairei were diarch, with no pith and resin canals. There was a large number of tannins in the pericycle of the aerial adventitious roots of seedlings adapted to waterlogging. Also, the endodermis has obvious casparian strip thickening, and there were 4-5 layers of large parenchymatous cells in the close to the inner side of the pericycle in the vascular cylinder, which could increase the storage capacity, and transport capacity of the root. Under the treatment of root waterlogging stress, the development of plant roots in the mixed substrate of vermiculite and, perlite was the earliest. Under half waterlogging stress, T. chinensis var. mairei seedlings treated with various substrates all could better adapt to the environment of waterlogging stress. Under the stress of fully waterlogging, the roots of seedlings planted in river sand substrate developed secondary growth.  相似文献

本研究以额济纳绿洲四道桥超级站为研究区,结合2018—2019年涡度通量、气象数据和2017—2020年Sentinel-2遥感影像,分析通量塔总初级生产力(GPP)与环境因子的关系,评估12种遥感植被指数对柽柳灌丛长势模拟和关键物候参数提取的适用性。采用7参数双逻辑斯蒂函数(DL-7)+全局模型函数(GMF)拟合GPP和各植被指数生长曲线,并逐年提取生长季始期(SOS)、生长季峰期(POS)和生长季末期(EOS)3种关键物候参数。结果表明: 有效积温(GDD)和土壤含水量是影响柽柳灌丛物候动态的主要环境因子。与2018年相比,2019年由于气温较低,SOS前的积温累积速率较慢,柽柳灌丛需要更长时间的热量积累来进入生长季,从而导致2019年SOS比2018年晚。在SOS与POS之间,2018和2019年水热条件相似,但2019年POS比2018年晚8 d,可能是2019年SOS较晚所致。POS以后,2019年较高的GDD和较低的土壤含水量使柽柳灌丛遭受水分胁迫,导致其生长季后期时间缩短。标准化的Sentinel-2植被指数与10:00—14:00 GPP均值的线性回归结果表明,宽波段植被指数中的增强型植被指数和窄波段植被指数中的叶绿素红边指数、倒红边叶绿素指数、红边归一化植被指数(NDVI705)能够较好地反映与柽柳灌丛GPP具有较高的一致性。柽柳灌丛SOS和EOS的遥感提取结果表明,Sentinel-2窄波段植被指数比宽波段植被指数的准确性更高,尤其是修正叶绿素吸收反射率指数提取SOS最准确,MERIS陆地叶绿素指数提取EOS最准确;Sentinel-2宽波段植被指数提取POS的准确性更高,尤其是两波段增强型植被指数和植被近红外反射率指数最准确。综合所有物候参数来看,NDVI705综合表现最佳。  相似文献

Lizard beetles (Erotylidae, Languriinae, Languriini) are known as stem borers of plants and contain agricultural pests and endangered species, but their species–host plant associations have been poorly documented. Here we investigated the larval host plants of two species of the genus Tetraphala Strum, T. collaris (Crotch) and Tetraphala sp. occurring in Taiwan. Females of T. collaris excavated living leafstalks and stems of the herbaceous dicot, Sambucus chinensis (Adoxaceae) using their mandibles for oviposition. We observed the eggs and early-instar larvae inside and nearby oviposition holes and late-instar larvae inside stems, suggesting that T. collaris uses living leafstalks and stems of S. chinensis as oviposition substrate and the larvae tunnel into stems with feeding on the tissues. Similarly, females of Tetraphala sp. excavated living leafstalks of the fern, Pteris wallichiana (Pteridaceae) using their mandibles for oviposition. We observed the eggs and early-instar larvae inside and nearby oviposition holes. When reared in laboratory, a larva reached adulthood inside the leafstalk. These results indicated that Tetraphala sp. uses living leafstalks of Pt. wallichiana as oviposition substrate and the larvae complete their development within. This study revealed that the genus Tetraphala contains both fern- and dicot-users during larval period. Further study is needed to clarify the evolutionary process of host plant use of languriines. The shrimp Penaeus chinensis at moult stage Do were subjected to one of the three following treatments: bilateral eyestalk ablation, amputation of the fifth pair of pereiopods, and both of the above treatments. Two consecutive ecdyses after treatments were followed. Intact animals served as control. Precocious moulting was exhibited in all treated groups. Eyestalk ablation shortened the time to the first ecdysis more than does limb amputation. Additive effect was found in shrimps receiving both treatments. The duration between the first and second ecdyses in treated shrimps was shorter than that of intact animals, but the durations in the three treated groups were not significantly different from one another. Regenerates of limbs appeared after the second ecdysis following limb amputation. Further, change of body colour from black and green to red and white was observed in shrimps with eyestalk ablation.  相似文献
